I recently purchased without previous knowledge of item, Amazon suggestion. Very easy to install, works great. Very handy features of delay shutting off exhaust without needing to leave light on or forgetting to come back later and shut the fan off. Price is reasonable for function, but the buttons are rubber and do not look like in photo. I would recommend this if you do not have separate for fan and light. Great idea for a product that the "average joe" can install.

The quality and functions of this switch are exactly what we wanted for our bathroom.
HowEVER the labels on the buttons are TOTALLY unreadable for guests, etc. Once you're used to them you can navigate around, but for guests it is totally impossible to navigate.
A smaller issue if that the blue LED is SO bright at night that the whole room is partially lit, and one can become night-blinded when sitting on the throne.
Transparent tape over it helped some.

This product is over priced for the function. I bought Hunter Millennium Bathroom Fan, Light with Night Light because it was suggested on the amazon page. Amazon should not suggest this product to work with the fan/light because this switch does not control all the other product functions and it is made by the same company. We even called the company and they told us it would not control the other fuctions of the fan/light. It is very over priced
