 Great, inexpensive solution September 5, 2010

I bought this so I could easily turn on the pump for my backyard waterfall. The pump had been plugged into an outdoor outlet, and I'd had to squeeze between the edge of the lower pool and the bushes, being careful not to dislodge any of the decorative rocks. The Woods outlet plugs into the one on the house wall, then the pump plugs into it. The handy keychain remote turns the power on and off. Works like a charm, even from inside the house.
I've seen other, more expensive products that serve this purpose - they have more features. But this one does the only thing I need it to do, and it was inexpensive.

I bought a very nice patio fountain and wanted the facility of remote

Product works well across the yard inside planter. It gets wet every day but seems to not care. My only complaint in the large remote control but that's just an aesthetic complaint.
