 Warranty Confusion! August 27, 2010

For some reason it took 10 days to receive after I placed my order. I was not happy with that. The supplier warranty is only 180 days and amazon says 1 year! I don't know whom to believe now. I bought this here just because 1 year warranty and all other places have only 180 days!!
Regarding the bulp, I don't see any brand name on the bulp. Even the packing also not there. I am concerned about the supplier to the Amazon. Other than that the bulp is working great.

The lamp went out in my 5 year old Panasonic 60" LCD and after looking around a bunch, this replacement seemed like the best deal to me. It was a piece of cake to install and reset the lamp timer. Wow, what a difference in the picture. It's like a new TV again. I didn't realize how much the picture had faded due to the lamp slowly dying.

It was very easy to install the lamp. Needless to say the price of the lamp with the housing is worth the extra $. VERY IMPORTANT, instructions on how to reset the lamp timer are also included in the packaging. If there were no instructions i wouldn't have known. Don't have much to write, except that the TV looks great again in the basement. I am certainly very happy with this purchase. Even bought a second one for my relatives (same) TV.
